气息不太张扬，有圆润和深邃感，奶油味比较重，带些许红枣。随后桃杏果脯还有热带果酱出现，果味整体感很好，难分彼此。随后枸杞根、淡淡的火药、蜂蜜、冻柠七、贵腐、带有粉尘的红木等慢慢浮现。入口酒体中，整体结构圆润，酸、果、甜浑圆一体，很舒适。果味和嗅觉类似桃杏、果脯、热带果酱等，加上贵腐蜂蜜，全部交融在一起，有一定深度，营造出的整体感很棒，醒开后，后段有一阵金属感的微矿，收尾较长。93/100

Less sweetness than the willi schaefer 07 riesling: more structure, flowers, elegance. Still a touch thin, however, and still a bit too sweet for my tastes.

Seems quite dry for a "Riesling Kabinett Trocken". Very fresh acidity. A bit on the lean side - but the fruit IS there (mainly pear comes to mind).
