Clear, pale yellow. Nose w citrus, minerals, fermented veggies. Medium body w high acidity, lemon fruit, minerals and fairly salty. Clean and slightly bitter aftertaste. Interesting wine, not your everyday White. Will last a bit longer.

Marsipan, ripe apples, thick minerality, somewhat frizzy, herbal. I really like the style but this is a bit short, too elusive. 87-88 p

Crystal clear, glassy yellow appearance. Aromas of lemon peel, lemon juice, fleur de sel, and crushed gravel. No florals, and not much fruit, but very clean. Extremely high acids, with a distinct Mediterranean persona. Immediately brings to mind preserved lemons. Body is a tick under medium, with pronounced lemon and saline flavors in the medium finish. This is good, but a bit more non-lemon fruit might be preferred by others.

Less than stellar. I was so intrigued by this wine, but it was just not delicious. Hollow and odd.

clean nose, lemony Very fresh and clean Mineral with a long finish I think this will broaden out nicely over the next year or so. The 13 is gorgeous and this one seems just as concentrated

Medium acidity, a bit chalky, short, yellow apples, elusive fruits, not overly exciting.
