Good color, somewhat one dimensional, but definitely Brunello characteristics. Nice fruit, earthiness, medium length finish.

Ok but not spectacular. Some good red fruit leather and tar. Best with the spaghetti and meatballs (pork, chicken and beef), which were a great pairing.

This was just ok and should have been much better (given the TNs on CT). Some good fruit and a little tar and funk. Th cork seemed dry and both the cork and the top of the bottle (glass) broke on opening. Maybe a storage issue? Bought at Warehouse wines (nyc) for $20 on special. Have another bottle and will retry.

This is rockin it right now. Deeply complex and classic Brunello. 2003? Seems like yesterday. So much life left. Spicy cherry and cigar box and tobacco and earth. Just wow.

Lots of bright fruit on the nose with this still deeply colored wine. Has the right amount of acidity and fruit, but not as much secondary and tertiary aromas/flavors going on. Needs more time.

Richmond - Enotecca Sogno : Classic brunello nose - dirt, mint, leaves, tobacco. Rich on the palate, with resolved tannins and a dry finish.

Opened and let sit uncorked for about an hour. Some earth and dark fruit on the nose. Medium acidity and decent weight. I'd like a little more on the back end to round it all off but still not too bad and is great with food.

Nice sweet cherry fruit with good maturity and integrated, smooth tannins. Yummy. Drink now.

Colour ruby red with garnet around the rim. On the nose hints of dark cherries and smoke, but later the alcohol and oak became much to dominant killing all the fruit with the heat. Medium body with short finish. This wine is lacking complexity and not pulling it together leaving me the impression this is a rather poor effort especially considering price and vintage.
