Hansen-Lauer Bernkasteler Graben Riesling Auslese

A bit too sweet for my taste, but it pair nicely with the Indian curry that we made. Ripe tropical fruits, ripe peach, apricot, honey and there's also a bit of citrus fruits to give some balance and acidity, but I would have loved some more acidity to balance it even further. A nice slate minerality and a hint of petroleum. At €12 this is still a mighty fine wine!
