Bottichello Cabernet Sauvignon

Opened by the winemaker for us, tonight, Jimbo himself! Pnp into our glasses after we emptied all the other bottles for this evening's dinner. Dark purple in the glass. Nose of sweet, dark berries, maybe a trace of VA but in a good, complex way, not off putting in any way. This is very well balanced with well integrated tannins and a nice acidic backbone.
