Lovely expressive Monthelie. Yellowish in colour. The nose quite closed at first. I decanted the wine several times in my Ovarius decanter. This really helped the wine come forward. This wine was not as vibrant as the other wines I have tasted from this little maison in Saint Aubin. Still the structure was alive, and the wine had more meat on the bone after a while.
