Tercero Cabernet Franc Rosé

Went surprisingly well with Panda Express!

Consumed some time ago, no notes, but I do recall liking it.

Only got a small taste, as my wife drank most of the bottle while I was out. What I remember is that this was light and flavorful, crisp, and dominated by zippy acidity. On its own, the acidity was a little much, but this should go very well with a cheese and charcuterie board.

Popped and poured. Pale yellow color. Wouldn't have guessed this was a rose. Crunchy strawberries. Just a hint of sweetness. Zippy acidity. Excellent balance. I'm sure Becca loves to pour and talk about this in the tasting room. Tasting with her and Larry is always a treat and the highlight of our time in Los Olivos.
