From 50 year old vines, this is a dense wine that typifies the warm vintage. Powerful wine that is texturally round with ripe cassis and plum.

Drinking well now. Sweet and ripe red fruit. Round and smooth on the palette. Paired very well with buttery French dauphinois gratin. Made the wine sing and taste of chantily cream and strawberries!
