Refugio Ranch Ineseno

Wonderful cuvée. Didn’t know roussanne variety, but was smooth, rich, & almost buttery. Trio in the Outer Banks carries it, and it was a pleasant find

I am afraid I served this wine too warm. While it didn't diminish the nose, I am afraid it affected the flavor. It left a dark, nutmeg, oily flavor sensation on the palate. It overpowered the Lobster ravioli I served it with. I will serve it differently next time.
