Wowowlwowowopw. This was absolutely stunning. Singing like it was 5 years old, at 18 this tasted so young and fresh but also so mature. Major reward for patience here!

Black cherry nose. Needs to be decanted and given time to open up. Unfiltered - lots of sediment. Big jammy favours and balanced acidity. Long liquorice finish.

Wonderful zin nose. This took some time to open up, decanted about an hour and a quarter and swirled in glass. Lots of spice and pepper. Sure doesn't taste like a 2003 wine. Really good, not tons of fruit but excellent zin flavors.
