Pleasant bright floral nose. Light bodied but well flavoured, plenty of toasty biscuity tastes and lots of acid. A touch of residual sugar I think but still dry. Good.

Franz Zimmermann Lagerverkauf 2018 (Roßhaupten, Bayern) : Typically Sauvignon to smell, some flowers and peach or tropical fruit. Rich, toasty and buttery in the mouth. Nicely textured small bubbles and some development from the short time it has spent in bottle so far. Good basic Sekt.
