Fascinating stuff. Has a solid nutty, funky and too-cool-for-school fino sherry-like core, but softer and chubbier sidewalls. Orange rind and pistachio. Honestly, a bit too zaftig to handle. Fun and worth the sips though.

A very special wine; nearly Oloroso-deep in colour, with a very Sherry-like bouquet, mostly dry and with a somewhat sweeter core. In the (after)taste the flor style combines perfectly with bitter, nutty elements and again a slightly sweet innercore/body, very balanced and pure, however a very unordinary wine.
