Green apple, pear, honey. Slightly oaked, just a tinge. Noteworthy mouth feel & finish.

No specific notes taken. Pair very well with crispy skin black cod as well as mushroom risotto. Definitely a great food wine, not often said about CA wines.

Clear straw. Apricot, vanilla, banana. Low acids, no tannins. Creme brulle. Short balanced finish.

Wonderful, rich bouquet. Creamy texture with wonderful fruit. Paired very well with spicy turkey chili. Well balanced with long finish.....a bit short on acidity, but the chili actually enhanced the wines acidity. The pairing made both the food and wine better.

An exceptional medium oaked Chardonnay. The Bacigalupi hits the sweet spot between the heavy buttery/vanilla you get from some Napa Chards and a stainless Chard. The is one of the best, if not the best, Chardonnay I've tasted.

Wonderful Chardonnay pair with Linguini with White Clam Sauce. Creamy and soft but with enough acid to stand up to the food.

2 bottles the same. Not quite right. a bit bitter on finish. a few days in a sample dish and it was a biological mess. bad acidic smell with a bit of mustiness. note expected from this quality wine producer

Bit of color for a young wine, evolved (light oxydation), not very clean but complex and open, palate not as oaky as the wines from Papapietro I just had before, acidity a bit low, honey, baked apple. +++
