So, my taste is more for a heavier wine, typically from the left bank of Bordeaux, but this wine showed some nice promise. At first, since it is still fairly young at 2009 there was a strong tannin taste, plum, fruit, somewhat chianti like, but the wine had some structure, and the legs were well defined on the sides of the glass.
