Cramele Recas Riesling Castel Huniade

Pale Lemon colored. Attractive aromas of white flowers, pear, butter, vanilla, elderberry and honey on low intensity. On the palate dry, high acid, medium(-) body, medium flavor intensity,alcohol and medium(+) length. Flavors of apple, tropical fruits(mainly Mango), elderberry, honey with some bitterness runs into a quince-like aftertaste. Rare oaked Riesling which is very different from the Mosel ones, although worked out really well here.
