Medium Ruby. Medium Intensity nose. Red cherries, strawberry, vanilla, nice Oak character, spices, wet leaves. Full body with blueberry and blackberry hints. Chocolate. High tannins and acidity. Silky texture. Black fruits, cinammon vanilla, and toast. Medium aftertaste. Great wine with potential.

A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Limnio, sourced from vineyards located in a monastic community of St. Panteleimon, aptly named “Abaton” which in Greek means “untrodden”. Deep colored black wine with a violet rim, very Mediterranean nose filled with plums, blackberries, olives, thyme, basil, cassis, tobacco, scorched earth, and smoke. The flavors are very intense with sweet plums, blackberries, and dark cherries that lead to a dense mid-palate filled with milk chocolate, raspberries, roasted coffee, and kalamata olives. …

Oinorama Wine Fair 2010 : (oinorama 2010) The is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Limnio, it has spent 16 months in oak. Deep red color, spices in the nose with fruits in the back. Full in the mouth, round and firm tannins. It will need at least 3-4 years. Medium aftertaste of caramel and chocolate. It will require at least 2 hours in a decanter.
