Domaine La Colombe Raymond Paccot Chasselas Bérolon

Nickel, super bon avec une touche d'oxydation mais bonne structure et profil leger.

Delicieux avec quelques notes evoluées et un bon équilibre.

Very nice nose, slightly apple cider like but with the distinct chasselas fruit. On the palate a bit diluted I must say it‘s somehow acidic but very light-bodied. Maybe it needed some more air, not sure what to think about it. Still very enjoyable, most people really liked it.
