Gorgeous, nicely balanced with citrus fruit, some vanilla notes....Doug describes butter and some light oak....

Never had Plumpjack Chard before. Had along with a lineup of Fisher, Dumol and Chateau Montelena. Neck and neck with Fisher, not quite as good as Dumol. Very nice and rich. Would buy again.

- Yellow color with medium forming legs and aromas of butterscotch, raisin, melon and apple. It's balanced and has flavours of oak, diacetyl (butter) and almond with a medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Golden Raisin nose. Showing very well now, at peak.

Very clear, light silver. Rich caramel nose with apples and raisins. Medium bodied, acid, oak moderate rich finish. Nice nose, good body but lacks flavor.

This is a rich one. The color is a bit pale but the aroma is strong with defined melon and pear pulp nectar. Full body with soft acidity. Flavors mimic the nose, add some lemon peel, while the finish lingers. This is a very decadent style borderline sweet.

Nice chard, not overdone at all, non-oak but nice buttery finish. Usually just get the cab and syrah, but this was good stuff.

I don't mean to be dramatic, but this is the worst Chardonnay I have ever tasted. Too sweet, flabby and syrupy. Yikes. I can't believe what I paid for this. If this is the Reserve, I don't want to know what the regular Chardonnay is like. I'll stick with the great Plumpjack Reds.
