Muted nose on opening from 55F wine fridge, but it developed nicely after an hour or so. Firm in structure, but with a great deal of tart acidity. This wine was not so enjoyable on its own, but went well with a seasoned NY strip steak. Decent wine for the Cellars Odd Bin price.
