Popped and let air in the glass for 30 minutes. Dense purple almost opaque with a crimson rim. Meaty peppery soy and raspberry aromas. Medium weight with drying tannins. Upfront savory flavors of beef bullion soy and coffee yield to a red fruit finish. A bit short lacks depth and complexity. Better with food.
