Very good Aged well. Better than it was 10 years ago! Incredible color and complexity of flavors

This is starting to settle down but still drinks like a dessert wine, really saturating the taste buds. In a good phase that hopefully lasts a long long time!

Clear, gold, medium (+) intensity. Sunshine in a glass. The nose is clean, medium (+) to pronounced in intensity, with spiced pear, peach, petrol, floral, honey and dried hay. The nose is complex and developed. The palate is sweet, with medium (+) acidity and a medium (+) mineral streak that helps give it structure and counter the sweetness. Saturday wine lunch for HWZ (Asia Grand Restaurant, Odeon Tower) : Tasted blind. Bright pale gold. Concentrated nose of honey, raisin, sugar cane, some botrytised character and hints of petrol. Rich and sweet mouthfeel, showing pure raisiny fruits and honey, balance with good acidity. Long lingering finish. A nice dessert wine to finish the lunch.
