Trip to France; 8/12/2017-8/18/2017 (France) : honey and vanilla notes, perhaps given it's relative age, yet still maintaining the freshness of stone fruits and minerals. great wine!

Straw yellow colour. Minerals and freshness on the nose. Taste of minerals, green apples and citrus. A complex and good premier cru that is unoaked. Goes well with shellfish.

A really good Chablis premier! Great fruit and minerallity, with a nice butter touch. Very good balance. Went great with the King crab and aioli.
