The GP's birthday; 17 special bottles : Beautiful bouquet with soft yellow fruits and a beautiful dose of oak. Same on the palate. Full bodied and a firm amount of bitterness. Even though it gives the impression of low acidity the wine has good freshness. Beautiful wine.
