Let this breathe a bit before serving - about 2 hrs. Upon first taste somewhat jammy, vegetal and light spice notes with quieter tannins. Once paired with some filets and a bit of salt this bottle really shined.

Solid cab, as suspected, Stag's appears to be immune to the 2011 Napa struggles. Soft, strawberries on the nose. A little bitter but then settles into a soft, balanced cab. Long lasting finish.
