Dense ruby. Quite a lifted nose, slightly dusty but with a lovely freesia topnote. Warm and ripe dark fruit. Some spice. A breadth rather than length, and could do with a bit more acidity and line, but really quite interesting. With air the feesia note lifts and shows more of a raising, figgy fruit. ***

Deep ruby. Good red fruit on the nose, quite dark and slightly dusty. Medium to full bodied, ready now but will last. Reasonable interest here, though not particularly long and complex. ***
