knocked the top off this puppy after earlier delves via the Coravin. Earlier notes apply - this has remained pretty much consistent over the duration of consumption. A little honey note about the only differentiating quality. Quite pleasant.

So it's been about 11 months since I last looked at this and it is very much a reflection of my earlier tasting with, perhaps, a little more honey on the nose and palate joining. Exceedingly pleasant.

From Coravin. Aromas of cream, sweet spice, caramel, a little white fig, almond and walnut, confected oranges and lemons. Surprisingly light nose. This lightness translates to the palate, caramel tends to toffee by this is fresh enough to deal with the slightly cloying sweetness. Candy floss married to similar fruits. Long. Nice.
