Color: Pale pink/salmon. Medium (-) intensity on the nose. Notes of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry), slight citrus & floral note. (I did not get brioche) Small bubbles. Med + acidity, fairly long finish. 12% ABV I am very confused by the winemakers notes on this one. More peach in color than �pink�. Ripe berry/strawberry on the nose. Dry and bright acid. Apple/Strawberry/raspberry. There is no yeast qualities. Mousse is slight sharp and light effervescence.

Thanksgiving Weekend in Willamette; 11/25/2021-11/27/2021 (Willamette Valley OR) : Tasted at open house. Strawberry and apple both shine, with 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir cepage. Very length, bright finish, maybe slightly tart at end, seeming more Ultra Brut.
