Bodegas Félix Sanz Rueda Viña Cimbrón Brut

Grassy nose with notes of rhubarb, yellow apple and lemon. Medium bodied and crispy with soft moussé and a great deal of bitterness. Pomelo, grapefruit, peach, rhubarb and some vanilla. Mid-length finish. Pretty much like I'd imagine a Verdejo sparkler to be like.. Not perhaps the greatest success, but for a chance, sure yes.
