PnP. Open from first pour. Now 1h later. Aromas of ripe gala apples, just ripe pears, minerals, herbs, and a streak of pink grapefruit. Palate w ripe apples, pears, minerals, herbs, grapefruit pith, and herbs. Nice concentration and excellent acids. The fruit creates a round mouthfeel that's nicely balanced by the acids. There's a bit of a drop-off in the midpalate that stays through a somewhat short finish. Nice quaffable everyday wine but with depth. All in all, a nice …
