Supper and Drinks at Deep Sea Garoupa (Yuan Wei Deep-Sea Garoupa, Serangoon Road) : I thought this was pretty good. It had a deep nose, where mushroomy, earthy nuances floated around notes of nectar, honeysuckle, peach and apple scents. This was rather riper smelling than I would have thought in a 2004, but pleasant enough.
