Perfect pairing with a rich, creamy, New England clam chowder. The heavy cream really brought out the pineapple and green granny smith flavors. Hit the spot as a lunch wine.

Very nice, nothing over the top but solid drinking Chablis. Nose is lemon and oyster shell/chalk minerality. Palate is citrus, mineral, green apple, great acidity with tangy lemon finish. Pretty decent QpR.
