I'm getting down to last couple of bottles from a case, and while I've enjoyed drinking this wine, this bottle seemed a little fat and appley. Still showed the flint and salinity I like but the bottle just didn't register with me this time. Ann liked it though.

Consistently good. Paired well with a low country boil (crabs, shrimp, potatoes, kielbasa, corn).

This is a delicious and inexpensive Chablis. Perhaps on the richer, denser side for the region, but offset with balancing acidity and lots of salty, flinty minerality. The 2010 and 2012 vintages of this bottling have become our "house" Chardonnay. I hope I can keep a couple from the case around for a few years to see how they evolve.

Once again, I find myself liking this far more than other tasters here. Initially, it's a very one-dimensional wine with nothing more than a simple tart lemon flavor. After half an hour, this bottle was positively singing: lush & creamy texture, lemon curd, lime, mineral, slate, and floral notes come through. Long, very mineral finish. Much creamier and less minerally/acidic than I generally expect from Chablis (but what do I know). Shocked that this is all stainless. OK, but didn't love.

Nose of slate and smoke, but some of that rich fruit you'd expect from Picq. Fresh and crisp in the mouth with just a little bit of that Picq richness. Long, mineral-rich finish. Great now and for several years.

I liked this bottle better. Delicious and full of Chablis character. Intense minerality - reminds me of drinking a salty lemon margarita. Long and vibrant. Leftovers on the second night not as exciting - I would drink this in the near term as I don't think it will get much better than where it is today.

IMHO dusts the 2011. Consistent with the vintage this is bordering on take the enamel off your teeth. Very nice Chablis but with a funny funk on the nose on this bottle which blows off. A bit over-priced compared to the Fevre Domaine bottling. Pissed that I bought a case and the shop composed a case with half 2011 which I find watery and thin in comparison. 1/24: had a bottle of 2012 last night and the funk never blew …

a very nice wine with wide appeal and reasonable price. Ripe for a Chablis and purists might find it too Côte d'Or but it is a tasty chard nonetheless Not a ton of structure in place makes it great for near term consumption!

Already through 5 bottles of case, absolutely superb Chablis. Classic flavors of lemon curd, chalk, with a minor floral note. Tastes better after being open overnight, so I would suspect that it's early days for this bottle.

I am going to have to pick up some more of these. All of the salinity and flinty minerality I love in Chablis along with some lemon citrus and unripe pineapple. We both enjoyed it. Two days later, one remaining glass from the bottle held up pretty well.
