Colour: intense ruby , clear Nose: clean,high intensity, secondary, youthful. Black plum, blackberry, cassis, mulberry jam. Liquorice, smoke, charcuterie. Juniper berry. Cedar, vanilla, nutmeg. Still quite stern, closed, and dense. Palate: dry, medium acidity, medium(+) tannins, high alcohol (16%!!!), full bodied. Black plum, blackberry, cassis, mulberry jam. Liquorice, smoke, charcuterie.
