Lovely, fairly easy drinking Barolo. Touch of cherry, fine tannins. Young but pleasant. If I had more, I'd hold on to it for another 3 or more years.

Dark ruby red with hints of cherry, plum and lots of earthy tones. Tannins and acidity are perfect. Really loving this Barolo and guessing it’s at its prime!

Fantastic Barolo! Dark ruby (but still see through) color. Intense aromas of tart cherry, leather, fresh herbs and balsamic vinegar. Pallet is also full of red and black berry fruit with additional notes of black pepper, cinnamon and minerals. Touch of vanilla on the finish. Tannins are present but very much in check. Well aged. Still fresh with excellent balance.

Wine ages very slowly, the fruit is still there, not molten together with the herbal flavours. Acidity, salty minerality unmof Dihied while tannins still going strong. Lots of ageing headroom left...

Weekly tasting group RWP #300: Holiday wines (@ DJ) : Dark berries, leather and licorice in the bouquet. On the palate juicy dark berries, licorice, laurel, some tar and tealeaf as well. Medium + acidity and firm tannin. Beautiful wine.

drank this on my 47th birthday. Very tight at first, only drank a glass. The next day it was beautiful: smelled of dried violets and roses, silky mouth coating tannins, youthful, not terribly complex, but a delightful wine.

Monthly Tuesday group "The Dead Sparrow" #026 Italy; Nebbiolo vs Barbera (By PS) : Beautiful bouquet with chocolate, autumn impressions, sweet spices and some medicine. On the palate lush dark and red berries, sweet spices, good acidity and tannin. A really beautiful wine.
