Harrington Carignane Lover's Lane Mendocino

This has gotten better in the intervening 5 years since my last note. Deeper, richer fruit, some chocolate/mocha and mint as well. Acidity is still there, but its more in balance. Still some strong tannins and mostly primary.

Very nice, Red fruits, earth, and tartness on the nose. light/medium body, solid acidity, solid tannins but they are not obtrusive. Tart, yet sweet cherry, some cranberry, earth tones, slight effervescence on the tongue. Quite nice, really great QPR. Goes great with food.

Barely opaque light red color red fruited, raspberry, slight heat on the nose tase - medium plus acidity, tart cherry, cranberry, earth, forest, very light fine tannins, light in the mouth, no oak, slightest heat on finish. Nice medium weight wine, easy to drink, pleasurable, slightly bigger than I was expecting.
