clean high intensity purple center with a rim tending toward garnet ripe blue fruit, cedar, graphite, wet earth, sweet spices medium plus alcohol medium plus acid blue fruits, somehow savory fine polished tannin A medium long finish No CO2, no sugar A nice super tuscan example, would be great with steak, porchetta or roast pork, rosemary, savory herbs Good QPR
