PnP - needed some tome to breathe in the glass in order for some funky aromas to blow off. Nose of cherry, rustic watermelon, and desiccated flowers. Cherry fruit with a slight rubbery edge then a beam of sappy red fruit and earth with plenty of acidity. Plump tannins, bacon fat, and red raspberry with earth on the finish. No need to hold, though it should last a couple years if needed.
