Pale lemon yellow with greenish highlights. Open fruity nose with pineapple, quince, grapefruit and slight banana notes. A touch of almonds, cucumber peel, hay and some salt liquorice after breathing a while. Dry, medium bodied and refreshing palate with slight oiliness and overall good balance. Some hay, baking spice, herbs and rich almondy notes. Good length. Uncomplicated but nuanced at the same time, which makes this a very nice summer white with multiple purposes. Magnificent value.
