North Willamette Vintner's Wine Trail Weekend; 4/9/2011-4/10/2011 : Light aromas of crisp apples. The palate is slightly sweet, with light fruit, mild yeastiness. Tart. Mildly drying texture. Lots of dried apples on the finish. It's crisp and drying.

North Willamette Vintner's Wine Trail Weekend; 4/10/2010-4/11/2010 : This was the first release of this wine. Very light aromas of some crisp red apples. Overall very light, but zesty. Creamy and soft mid-palate with some light red berries. Nice finish, but nothing too exciting. I think I prefer the blanc de noir to this.
