A.J. Adam Häs'chen Riesling trocken

Medium lemon yellow color. Pretty explosive notes of lemon, pear, some flowery notes too, saline/marine minerality, some spices too, a touch of honey. There is medium-full body with excellent persistence, but it never feels heavy, it has pretty high acidity providing excellent freshness and precision. Long finish with layers of complexity building up and nice freshness. This still has many years ahead but it‘s drinking beautifully already.
