Richly honeyed nose with nice depth. Dried fruits, slight nuttiness and some spice notes. Medium sweet to sweet and pretty balanced palate though it may feel a bit thin and flabby - if compared to wine of similar sweetness. Some concentration there's for sure and this doesn't feel watery. Very nice to have a polish mead available in Finland. Even if it's from the biggest mass producer of Poland.

A spiced, rather dry mead (Korzenny = "spiced" and Cwórniak = "a fourth", meaning the mead is 1/4 honey and 3/4 water). Clear golden yellow; looks like a dessert wine, yet with less viscosity. Very complex, sweet and characterful nose with estery nose of wheat beer, honey, some caraway, a little Moscatel-y raisin and hints of wild flowers. Initially the mead seems sweet on the palate, but quickly it is anything but. There are no acids to speak of, so …
