My 3rd bottle. Opened this more than 2 years after my last one. Popped and poured. It's well mature. Very easy drinking and straight forward dark cherry taste mixing with the aroma of leather, tobacco and vegetable. Due to high percentage of merlot, it showed right bank character rather than left bank. OK structure. The tannin was a bit rough and spicy. Good for daily drink. A bit simple compared to my last bottles. I think it's suppose to drink …

Litt bunnfall. Mye smak, men ingen stor fylde. Rund og balansert. Middels lengde. Litt tanniner, men ikke skjemmende. God til biff stroganoff og god uten matfølge. Totalt sett en god vin.

My 2nd bottle. Consistent with previous note. Typical earthy nose of cabernet sauvignon. Some hints of coffee, spices and tar built up after 1 hour. Not thick and not thin. Oak element is well integrated. Well balanced and full body. Nice berry and cherry taste on palate. Notable tannin with smooth texture.

On the more earthy, spicy side. Will buy it again.

Strong herbal and fresh grass aroma with some oak smell. Very smooth and fine tannin with a hint of tar and chocolate. Well balance structure, not too thick and thin. Not fruity during drinking but surprisingly has memorable blueberry and blackcurrant aftertaste. No need to decant. Recommend to finish quickly within 2 hours.

Bright red, garnet color. Drank with lunch at Restaurant L'Arberet at Lynch-Bages. The nose is herbal, almost carmenere-like, dark fruits. Palate is medium-light bodied with somewhat edgy tannins. Not for me.
