Very good-to-excellent full-bodied Chardonnay that's a couple years past its prime; showing hints of citrus framed by toasty, sweet oak, and a little VA on the finish. Good with food and best served out of Chablis glasses. Held on over several days. 14.3% ABV. 87-88

Deep gold, hint of chartreuse. Light and discreet nose leads to limpid notes of tropical fruit, toast, and citrus. This has good acidity but everything about it is thin, subtle, almost silent.

at ten bucks a little over priced for grocery outlet. the cheap chard nose blew off after an hour and it opened up to be decent and fairly balanced. maybe a little minerality showing. very bright yellow. would revisit at the 2.99 closeout price range...
