Popped and poured over 4 hours with a lot of evolution in the first two, red fruited bramble with blackberry and black cherry, flavors are similar with some cranberry for the first hour was a little bitter, has a bit of an astringent mouthfeel and is quite perfumed and full bodied with a medium long finish and nice acidity, thus wine is all fruit and very Californian but is very nice, the black cherry backbone really sticks out.
