Conn Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Diamond Mountain

Beautiful nose of red and blue berries, spices and flowers. Medium bodied, lots of dark berries, cola, licorice. Good acidity but very mild and silky tannins, which continue to make me question how long these CC wines could go for, but it’s delicious none the less!

Beautifully rich. Blueberries, blackberry, black cherry, cola. Packs a punch! Drinking so well but I’d love to revisit this is a few years to see how it evolves as some edges smooth out.
