"Pick it late, ferment in the open with punch downs 6/day" Cross of Pinot Noir and Cinsault (Hermitage). Needs to withstand the heat. Great color of dark garnet; bright acids. Structured. "Like a Dolcetto". Notes of cranberry and raspberry. Abrasive tannin, but not unpleasant. Long finish.
