Tardieu-Laurent Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Light dark-plum purple, some signs of age. Light nose. Soft/supple tannins, well-integrated soft leather, black berries (blackcurrant and bramble), liquorice, smoke. Not as 'serious' a wine as the best C-d-P wines, but pleasant enough. a good C-d-R V wine.
