Simple, lightly sweet orange and elderflower, moderate acidity, rather light weight but still a bit of viscosity in the mouth.

Light, but decent Sauternes. This wine showed all of the characteristics of a Sauternes, but on the lighter end of the spectrum when compared to the heavy weights that we are used to. Light Botrytis, mouthfeel, and residual sugar.
