Spectacular limited edition bubbly from Maso Martis. After 8 yrs on lees & couple in the bottle “La Madame” comes in a golden straw yellow. The nose is intense, opening with flavors of yeast,brioche,vanilla pod,acacia honey then hints of tropical and citrus (muscat), even crème brûlée. In the mouth very fresh yet well balanced with hints of nuts and cookie crumbs and a bit of minerals. Excellent structure and perlage. Long & dry finish. Ideal for a special occasion.
