Interesting. Clean and a touch of green/straw in color, aromas of quince and lime. Initially, palate shows tart and sour notes, but with some air and warmth in glass, really opens up into an enjoyable and complex mix of lime, peach and slightly underripe apricot flavors, which finish well and complement appropriate food. Hated it at first, liked it a lot at end! Same experience on Day 2.
